If the customer is not agree with the Auditor's recommendations after an Assessment or Surveillance, then he/she is at liberty to lodge an appeal with the Quality Manager of Concord Certification Corp. The customer shall support his or her reasons by objective evidence. All appeals will be heard by a Sub-Committee of the Governing Council. The Sub-Committee may hear evidence from the customer’s representative and the relevant Auditor.
The decision of the Sub-Committee is final and binding on both the Customer and Concord Certification Corp. No counter claim will be allowed by either party. No costs, for whatever reason, will be allowed for either party as a result of an appeal. Should you wish to issue a complaint, please contact us.
